Photek - Hybrid ********** ALBUM DESCRIPTION Photeks first release for the Virgin subsidiary is a nicely packaged double-pack of tight, impeccably produced experimental drumnbass not too dissimilar from the material released through his own label. The opener, KJZ, is the EPs finest track, shuffling along on a fluid layer of crash and ride cymbals and a finely detailed, rubbery acoustic bassline.
